In my own juvenile understanding of photoshop, I did a few digital paintings, but at a low resolution.So all the drawings I just did had crappy brush strokes in part also because of this. Fuck.

Oh well, at least I can make the next few with better resolution.

So my program came it a little while ago, and i'm so fucking excited! The only problem, I need to free up space on my computer. I do HAVE enough room, but if I start making animtions on it, I'll need more space. SO? I need an external hard drive.

The hunt begins. And yeah, I've been looking for one for a while.

The school quarter is almost done for me, and its fun with the new projects I've got going. Things should be interesting from now on.

So I just picked up an issue of B.P.R.D. 1946, which apparently has the focus on the Professor(guy who acts as father figure to Hellboy) in which he initially forms the B.P.R.D. I guess. Its full of jacked and its wonderful.

In more important news, i'm planning on purchasing the student version of Toon Boom Studio to use for school and personal purposes. Its a great program from what i've read about it, and its also what Blind Ferret Studios use to do all their animation. If you don't know who they are, [link] . Now this is really exciting me as i'll be able to do alot of animation work on my own now, and I can pretty much go at my own pace. I have a few ideas that I can do when I get it, and they'll either be music videos or they'll be pantomime's(meaning without dialog). I'll just need to get my shit set up first.

Muthufuck! So it looks like my family will be getting TWO weddings in less than a year! Go go big brother. Ah well, at least I get to roast him when I make a speech at the reception.

And yes, I'll roast him. Because NONE of us actually KNOW this girl or have MEET her. We'd be fine otherwise, but this is a little rushed. But what can ya do?

In other news, i've come up with more ideas on my little for-fun project of redesigning Aquaman. With some help from two of my homies, that has concluded in us cooperatively making him much more interesting, and more brutal. Cuz we can. I'll have some design sketches and drawings up once they're done, accompanied by some description of what he's all about now in my mind.

Oh, on a side note, one night I went into the ER for severe stomach pains. Turns out I had gastritis. So now I need to watch what I eat until I can be a human garbage disposal again. Which means-NO IN'N'OUT TILL MY STOMACH CAN TAKE IT!!!!

With how much I've come the hate the job, the big boss seems to like me. Now that's really gonna suck the day I leave there for them. But damn will that say good things for me once I go somewhere else! Hee!

In other news, Tekken 6 will be out some time this year for ps3, and 360 I suspect, but I want a ps3 to play that on just to have it prettier. But the real reason i'm excited about this one, which is really minor to most folks but big to me, is one new character.

Her name is Zafina and she's an Indian mystic guardian/assassin. She's charged with protecting a temple which houses a great beast within it. SO I was looking at this retarded knife catalog that either my Dad or Brother gets sent to the house, and I saw the coolest thing in there.

You know how it is with these things, there's a few items in there that are cool or pretty interesting, AND THEN... one that makes you just wish you had more money. Such is with this THESE items.

I need a new job. I'm really getting sick of the theater. Its not the place for me. So i'll be looking for a new place to work. Anything but food. That's a No-no for Dave.

So one my classes has gotten out early, and now I have wednesays and fridays free. BUT, I still work later those days. However I have that part of the day earlier free, but work doesn't know. And I ain't telli'.

Yeah, that pretty much says it all... but I will say that we just got in a ton of new employees @ work. Plus a new manager! Wooooooooow.... couple of them are pretty cute... what? >_>

So the fires aren't as bad anymore due to the humidity coming back up. So my sister and brother-in-law got to go back home, as well as his parents. Good news there.

School will be opening back up again next week. So i'll have time to do what I needed to do then.

Also I think i'll have time to do some other stuff that I've wanted to do for a bit. Like inking some drawings by hand rather than with a tablet. I think i'm still more comfortable with that method.

Anyway, hope to get some things up soon.

So yeah, there's been fires in San Diego and i'm pretty much on edge. I've been in a pretty safe area for now so i'm okay. My sister and her husband came to my house, and now his parents are here too. Better at my house than an evacuee site.

Hopefully things will die down tomorrow. But either way, my family and I are ready to high tail it, if things get too bad. Say a prayer, or what ever else you can to everybody down here in SD. It'll help.

So after getting through the cleaning preparations for an inspection in my theater, and getting through mu first week of class, I'm doin all right. And full of Ideas!

So while I was doin' this stuff, and listening to Nightwish's new album almost nonstop(YOU MUST GET IT!!) I've gotten a few good ideas, but I just need to find time to do them.

I've stopped playing games all together for a time, and i'm pretty much not watching tv at all. So that leaves me regulating time on the internetz while I do my Homework, and my side projects.

So far, i've gotten some more ideas for this fantasy comic I wanna do, that i'll try and flesh out. And a cool idea involving Zorro, cuz he's my child hood hero.

But, in all time I hope to have some stuff up when I don't have too big a load on homework. And hopefully something creepy for Halloween.

And on the first week of class no less. Fuck. So tomorrow, I go to class till 5, then work from around then till 1. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaayy..... This wouldn't concern me as much if I WASN'T sick, but oh well. I guess I'll have to spend alot of time sleeping. Usually works well for me.

So far only two classes seem sketchy to me. One's a 'design' class that has me doin some fucked up project. Then this other that i'll try and waver.
